This recent project in Devon consisted of designing, creating, and installing a range of custom solid surface kitchen and utility room Corian worktops. The pictures dictate the design, creation, and installation of this project.

Solid surface products such as Corian are ideal for use in kitchens, doctors, dentists, hospitals and hairdressers – anywhere where hygiene is a top priority. It is a wonderful, extremely hardwearing material with unrivalled flexibility that can be formed into an endless array of shapes. And it comes in a huge range of colours and designs.
It is also the material used on surfaces in demanding areas such as pubs, coffee bars, restaurants, hotels and retail outlets. A smooth finish is guaranteed due to seamless joints and, as solid surface is nonporous, bacteria, viruses or moulds cannot penetrate the surface. Solid surface is hard wearing making it ideal for the daily wear and tear of reception areas and information desks.
